Organize and structure the raw data
Before drafting anything, the source material is organized into a clean, structured brief. This step prevents errors downstream and makes AI drafting much faster and more accurate.

Step 3
Draft titles, descriptions, and attributes with AI assistance
With a clean brief in hand, you use AI tools to draft accurate titles, descriptions, and attribute values — then review every output against the merchant-supplied facts before accepting it.
The critical skill is not just prompting — it is knowing how to evaluate what comes back and correct it. That is exactly what this module covers.
Step 4
Quality-check images, variants, and platform requirements
A listing is not finished after the copy is drafted. Images must match, variants must be structured correctly, and the whole output must meet the target platform's requirements.
You build a reusable QA checklist that applies across common platforms.
Step 5
Package and hand off to the merchant
The final deliverable is handed back to the merchant for their review and submission. You are a support partner, not the account owner — final accuracy and platform submission remain the merchant's responsibility.
